| Abstract: | The constantly deepening reform of state-owned enterprises has brought unprecedented difficulties and challenges. As the mass organization under our Party, enterprise union plays the role of bridge and connecting bond, takes on the responsibility of developing ideological and political work tor the employees, and maintaining the stability of the enterprise and the society at large. It is a new research topic for every union worker to keep exploring how to carry out ideological and political work under new situation. |
