摘    要:研究了nose-to-nose校准技术中关键信号kick-out脉冲产生的机理以及影响因素,并通过将两台Agilent86100系列的50GHz的取样示波器对接,获得了kick-out脉冲的响应波形.

Abstract:Kick\|out pulse is the key signal in the nose\|to\|nose calibration procedure, the premise of the NTN technology is that kick\|out pulse is generated when sampling head samples a DC voltage and the kick\|out pulse is proportion to the impulse response of the sampling oscilloscope, mechanism of the kick\|out pulse generation and related effects on it have been studied in this paper. By using two Agilent 86100 sampling oscilloscopes nose\|to\|nose, we obtain the response waveform of the kick\|out pulse.
