齿轮箱箱体结构对其振动模态的影响研究

摘    要:借助I-DEAS和NASTRAN软件平台对某齿轮箱进行了振动模态分析,研究并讨论了齿轮箱箱体结构型式对振动模态的影响,分析并验证了结构布局、大弧面和加强筋是提高齿轮箱箱体的抗振能力的重要途径,其结论可以为齿轮箱的动态设计提供参考。

Abstract:The vibration modal of a gearbox is analyzed in detail based on I-DEAS and NASTRAN software. The effect caused by different structure of the gearbox box on vibration modal are studied and discussed. Construction arrangement,lager camber and stiffener that can improve the auti-vibration design of gearbox are analyzed and confirmed. The conclusions can be used as a reference of the dynamic design of gearbox.
