膜分离法净化硫氰酸钠

摘    要:采用膜分离一步法去除硫氰酸钠溶液中的有机杂质、硫酸根及含铁杂质.结果表明,当硫氰酸钠进料速度为7.0~10.0 L/min,压力为2.0 MPa,温度约为25℃时,采用膜分离工艺对于硫氰酸钠溶液中的杂质具有较高的去除率,而对硫氰酸钠基本无截留;膜分离对硫氰酸钠中的总杂质、硫酸根和含铁杂质的去除率约为80%,97%,60%.

Abstract:One-step membrane process was used for the purification of sodium thiocyanate. The results indicated that the membrane process had higher rejection of impurities,and that sodium thiocyanate did not rejected by the membrane. About 80%,97% of total impurities and sulfates and 60% of iron contained impurities were rejected by the membrane process.
