| 摘 要： | 用溶胶－凝胶法在碳钢表面制备TiO2涂层。用正交设计法对水解反应温度、涂覆次数、热处理温度和时间等4因素进行了优化，并考察了上述4 因素对涂层在10％H2SO4介质中的耐蚀性能的影响。

| Abstract: | TiO 2 coating on carbon steel substrate was prepared by means of sol-gel processing. Four factors, i.e. hydrolysis temperature, coating times, heat treatment temperature and time, were optimized by using orthogonal design. The influences of above four factors on the corrosion resistance in 10 wt -% H 2SO 4 solution of the coating were discussed. |
