菟丝子总黄酮超声提取工艺的研究

摘    要:优选菟丝子总黄酮的最佳提取工艺。采用L9(34)正交实验,对影响因素提取温度、乙醇浓度、料液比和提取时间进行优化,以总黄酮含量为评价指标,并采用分光光度法测定含量。菟丝子总黄酮的最佳提取工艺为加入药材量30倍65%乙醇在40℃下超声提取15 min。优选得到的工艺稳定可行。

Study on Total Flavones in Cuscuta chinensis by Ultrasonic Wave

Abstract:The extraction process of the total flavones in Cuscuta chinensis was optimized. The extraction material liquid ratio, alcohol content, temperature and extraction time were optimized by L9 (34) orthogonal design, where the content of the total flavones was defined as the standard index. The total flavones were determined by spectrophotometer. The results showed that the optimal extraction process was that the raw powder of Cuscuta chinensis was combined with 30 folds volume of 65% alcohol solvent, the temperature was 40 ℃ and the extraction time was 15 rain. The optimized process was stable and available.
