企业高技能人才培养鉴定存在的问题及对策

摘    要:高技能人才是企业生产经营的骨干力量。寻求适合高技能人才成长的培养模式和科学、客观的鉴定考核方法,是企业人力资源部门的重要课题。通过对天津分公司高技能人才现状分析和需求预测,针对高技能人才培训和鉴定考核工作提出建议,为企业人力资源部门提供参考。

Abstract:Intelligent of high tech. ability are the mainstay of production and operation in enterprise. To seek cultivation mode good for the growth of intelligent of high tech. ability and scientific and objective method of characterization and examination is an important subject of the department of human resources in enterprise. We analyzed status and predieted need of intelligent of high tech. ability in Tianjin Branch, presented suggestions for cultivation and characterization of intelligent of high technical ability, serving as an example for the department of human resources in enterprise.
