基于AHP-Fuzzy的饮食装备技术保障信息化建设评价研究

摘    要:在饮食装备技术保障信息化建设的过程中,有必要建立一套科学合理的评价体系,用于评价目前的信息化建设水平并指导今后的信息化建设。结合武警部队实际,构建了饮食装备技术保障信息化建设评价指标体系,并综合利用层次分析法和模糊综合评价法进行评价建模和实例分析。结果表明,该模型的构建有助于找出信息化建设中的薄弱环节并减少重复建设和投资浪费,对于提高后勤信息化整体水平有十分重要的意义。

Abstract:In the informatization construction process of field dietetical equipment technical support,it’s necessary to set up a scientifically reasonable evaluation system,so that it can be used to evaluate the current level of informatization construction and guide the later construction.This article establishes the evaluation index system of the CAPF’s informatization construction of field dietetical equipment combined with the troop’s practical situation,and proceeds the evaluation modeling and example analyse based on AHP-Fuzzy.The result of evaluation indicates that the model has good effect on finding the poor aspects of informatization construction and decreases the repeated construction and waste in investment,also it has great significance on improving the overall level of logistics information.
