局部厚大矿体采矿法的综合应用

摘    要:新疆鄯善县百灵山铁矿属缓倾斜薄矿体,采用浅孔落矿房柱法采矿。当矿体局部厚大时,出现顶部矿体回收困难。为解决扒矿与落矿之间矛盾,综合运用房柱法与浅孔留矿法之特长,使用采矿法改进方案,成功地解决了局部厚大矿体的回采,同时也解决了采场安全、行人、通风、扒矿等一系列问题,损失率、贫化率指标分别实现11.58%、5.1%,为同类矿体回采积累了经验。

Abstract:Bailingshan iron mine in Shanshan county,Xinjiang is gently inclined thin ore body and can be recovered with the shallow hole room-pillar mining method.When the large and thick ore-body appears in local places,it is difficult to recover the top ore-body.In order to solve contradiction between the scraping and stoping,this paper improved mining method,by intergrading room-pillar method and shallow hole shrinkage,which successfully resolve series of problems such as local ore bodies’ stopping,stope safety,pedestrian,ventilation and transport so on.The loss rate and the dilution rate reach 11.58% and 5.1% respectively.It provides experiences for the similar ore body stoping.
