露天矿最终边坡角的简易数值模拟方法

摘    要:中钢集团赤峰金鑫矿业有限公司类比德兴铜矿的闪长斑岩和变质千枚岩边坡确定的最终边坡角太小,导致剥离量太大,开采效益低下。为此,应用二维弹塑性有限元程序PHASE2确定最终边坡角,并应用二维极限平衡法确定最终边坡的稳定性系数。计算表明,该矿的最终边坡角上盘应不超过48°,下盘应不超过50°,相应的平均稳定性系数分别为2.99、3.49。研究证明该方法简便、直观、快速、可靠。

Abstract:The final slope angle of Jinxin open-pit molybdenum mine of Chifeng Jingxin Mining Co.,Ltd.of Sinosteel Corporation is determined by numerical simulation.If the final slope angle was too smaller,the amount of rock mass to be removed was too large,so the mine had been running at a very low efficiency.The 2D finite element elasto-plastic program(PHASE2) was used to determine the final slope angle,and the application of 2D limit equilibrium method to determine the final slope stability coefficient.The numerical results show that the final slope angle of upper plate should not be beyond 48°,and that of the lower plate should not be beyond 50°,and their average stability coefficients are 2.99,3.49,respectively.It proves that the method is simple,intuitive,fast and reliable.
