锚固剂锚杆工程力学特性及应用研究

摘    要:在锚固剂锚杆拉拔力/变形实测数据的基础上,拟合出锚固剂锚杆的工程力学特征曲线--阶梯函数。锚固剂锚杆的拉拔力在支护10 d后就接近其平均最大拉拔力,其变形能力则随时间的增加表现出先增后减的趋势。根据锚固剂锚杆实测工程力学特性曲线和典型巷道变形特性曲线,阐明了评价巷道支护设计效果的安全系数法,从而为优化设计提供了重要的依据。

Abstract:Based on the measured pulling force/deformation of anchorage agent bolt,the step function is obtained by fit its mechanics characteristic curve.The pulling force of the anchorage agent bolt approaches average maximum value after supporting ten days,and the deforming capacity increases first,and then decreases over time.According to the measured mechanics characteristic curves of the anchorage agent bolt and typical tunnel deformation characteristic curves,the safety factor method is presented to evaluate the effect of tunnel supporting design,which provides an important basis for optimal design.
