高压辊磨预处理磁铁精矿制备氧化球团

摘    要:研究了磁铁精矿高压辊磨预处理对生球性能、球团预热及焙烧性能的影响。研究表明:磁铁精矿高压辊磨预处理可显著改善原料的造球性能和球团品位,有效提高生球落下强度和抗压强度,但对预热球和焙烧球抗压强度提高作用不明显。高压辊磨预处理后,微细颗粒含量的增加,所制备的球团孔隙度降低,磁铁精矿球团预热焙烧过程中,磁铁矿氧化反应与固相结晶反应相互制约,是其对磁铁精矿球团预热及焙烧性能的改善作用不大的主要原因。

Abstract:Researched the effects on the properties of green balls,preheated balls and roasted balls when the raw materials,magnetite concentrates,were pretreated by high pressure roller grinding(HPRG),from which reached the conclusion that HPRG was beneficial for pelletization of magnetite concentrates,as well as the drop strength and compressive strength of its green balls.However,the improvement of the compressive strength of preheated balls and roasted balls after HPRG was negligible,due to the decreasing of porosities in the ball when the fine particles were drastically increasing and the mutual restriction between the oxidization of magnetite and the solid phase crystallization reaction when the balls were preheated and roasted.
