小煤窑采空区充填材料及复采技术研究

摘    要:为了实现中煤平朔安家岭2号井工矿B909工作面小煤窑采空区的安全高效开采,采用充填全部采空区的方式进行复采。根据施工和回采的要求,经过多方面的比选后,确定以瑞米材料和发泡水泥为充填材料。通过对取自施工现场的材料进行抗压和劈裂抗拉强度试验,结果表明,上述2种材料具有良好的力学性能,满足工作面充填复采的技术要求。

Abstract:The goaf was filled in B909 working face of Pingshuo Anjialing No.2 underground coal mine of Chinacoal to realize the safety and high-efficiency.To meet the needs of construction and mining,Ruimi material and Foamed cement were confirmed as the filling material after a variety of comparative choices.The results of the compressive strength test and the splitting tensile strength test showed that the materials mentioned were with well mechanical properties,and they could fulfill the requirement of filling mining.
