云南某难选铁矿石煤基直接还原-弱磁选试验

摘    要:云南某铁矿石为混合型铁矿石,由于铁矿物嵌布粒度微细而难以采用常规选矿方法有效选别。为此,对该矿石进行了煤基直接还原-弱磁选试验,结果表明,将原矿与作为还原剂的云南某褐煤和作为助熔剂的CaO按100∶20∶10的质量比混合,在1 200 ℃的温度下直接还原焙烧50 min,焙烧矿在一段和二段磨矿细度分别为-325目占81.34%和-325目占92.41%、一段和二段弱磁选场强分别为187.10和143.31 kA/m的条件下进行两段磨矿-弱磁选,可获得铁品位为91.20%、铁回收率为87.05%的直接还原铁精矿,从而为该难选铁矿石的开发利用提供了技术支持。

Abstract:A iron ore of Yunnan is mixing iron ore,it is hard to separate by conventional recovery techniques for micro-fine iron ore.The method with coal-based direct reduction followed by low intensity magnetic separation is presented for this kind iron ore.The results show that the direct-reduction iron concentrate with grading 91.20% and recovery 87.05% is obtained under the conditions of roasted ore by two-stage grinding and low intensity magnetic separation process with the weight ratios of iron ore/lignite/CaO as 100∶20∶10,the reduction roasting temperature of 1 200 ℃ for 50 min,the roasted ores-grinding fineness of 325 mesh 81.34% and 92.41% in the first and second grinding classification,two stage low intensity magnetic separation of 187.10 and 143.31 kA/m.The study offer the technical support for development and utilization of refractory iron ore.
