摘    要:分析了鞍山某难选铁矿石磁选精矿的矿物组成和粒级分布,着重研究了适用于试样反浮选的分散剂种类及用量,并采用SEM和EDS等手段分析了铁矿物与脉石矿物的分离机理。研究结果表明,水玻璃能较好地脱除罩盖、吸附在矿物表面的脉石矿物细颗粒,并使细粒聚团得以分散,从而实现目的矿物与非目的矿物的选择性分离。铁品位为42.88%的磁选精矿经1粗2精2扫、中矿顺序返回闭路流程反浮选,可以获得铁品位为66.26%、回收率为70.23%的优质铁精矿。

Abstract:The mineral compositions and grain gradation distribution were preliminary analyzed,the dispersant type and reagent dosage were researched specially,and the separation mechanism of iron minerals with gangue minerals was discussed by means of SEM and EDS.The results show that the dispersant plays an important role in the selective separation of useful minerals from gangue minerals because it could desorb the fine gangue particles adsorbing on the mineral surface and disperse agglomeration.When the Fe grade of magnetic separation concentrate is 42.88%,it could obtain iron concentrate with a grade of Fe 66.26%,a recovery of Fe 70.23% through one roughing-two cleanings-two scavengings closed-circuit flowsheet,during which all of the middlings returned to the previous flotation operations accordingly.
