深井钻井完井液体系研究

摘    要:论述了深井钻井完井液体系的设计要点,研制了三种深井钻井完井液体系,并对其抗温能力、抗水泥侵污能力、润滑性及对油气层的损害程度等进行了评价。室内与现场试验表明,上述三种钻井完井液各项性能均较好,渗透率恢复值Kd/Ko达到70%以上,储层保护效果良好的。

Abstract:Key points for designing deepwell drilling & completion fluid systems are discussed, and three kinds of systems have been developed,which temperature resistance, cement contaminant resistance ,lubricating properties and their potential damage to oil & gas reservoirs are valuated.Lab experiments and field application show the performances of the systems are good, K d/K o reaches 70%.
