| 摘 要： | 介绍了组态软件GENIE3．0的特点和功能，并以此软件为载体设计实现了减量法玻璃配料系统。在该系统中，对通过变频器改变电机速度的控制方法进行了改进，提出了一种新的控制算法，列出了该系统所用到的硬件，给出了系统的流程图。

| Abstract: | The paper introduces the configuration software GENIE3.0 characteristics and functions,and the software design for the reduction method of realizing carrier glass batch system.In this system,the improvement of the change of the motor speed through transducer control method,puts forward a new kind of control algorithm,this system is used to list the hardware and the flow chart. |
