一种变频器用380V交流输入开关电源设计

摘    要:设计了一种用于电机变频调速器的380V输入、多路输出开关电源。该开关电源采用双管串联模式,解决了高电压输入条件下开关管的选用难题。采用ST公司推出的VIPer53单片开关电源芯片,设计与制作了应用于变频器的辅助开关电源。最后在永磁同步电机的变频控制器上的应用表明该电源设计方案正确、可靠,在工程应用中有一定的参考价值。

Abstract:An assistant 380V AC-input and multi-output switching power supply is introduced which is used in motor variable frequency speed system.In this switching power supply,the novel mode of serial two-transistor is adopted to solve the difficulty of choosing switch transistor under the condition of high-voltage input.A single-chip switching power supply based on ST Microelectronics Company's VIPer53 was designed.The experiment testifies that,the power has outstanding stability,and the performance meets the deman...
