掘进机截割部振动特性分析与仿真

摘    要:根据掘进机截割部的工作状态,在假设煤壁的单轴压缩强度恒定等条件下,建立了截割部的振动方程,利用ADAMS/Vibration振动模块对实体模型进行自由振动分析和强迫振动分析,得到系统各阶模态主振型、频率响应曲线等振动特性,为验证掘进机工作过程中的动力特性及掘进机结构优化的提供了依据。

Abstract:Based on working state of cutting unit for roadheader,on the assumption that the uniaxial compressive strength of coal wall under constant conditions,the vibration equation of cutting unit is established.Using Vibration module of ADAMS /Vibration,the article has free vibration analysis and forced vibration analysis for solid model,and then obtains vibration characteristics of system,such as every mode main vibration mode,frequency response curves,etc.A basis is provided for verifying dynamic characteristics...
