摘    要:雷电探测仪是探测大气电磁场中的雷电信号和记录发生雷击时间信息的仪器。上一代雷电探测仪存在集成度低、功耗大、探测性能差等问题。本文设计了一种新型的雷电探测仪,采用可编程片上系统(SOPC)技术,将NiosⅡ处理器、雷电判别模块、本地时钟模块集成在一块FPGA上,提高了系统集成度、降低了系统的功耗并提升了探测性能。新型的雷电探测仪通过了一致性实验和联网定位实验,目前已经服务于中国雷电监测网。

Abstract:Lightning detector is an application instrument,which can collect electromagnetic field on atmospheric to detect lightning signal and recode corresponding time information.Widely-used lightning detector in our country has some shortages,such as low integration,high power,poor detection performance,etc.In this paper,a novel lightning detector is presented.Using system on programmable chip(SOPC) technology,Nios Ⅱ CPU,lightning recognition and local clock modules are integrated in a single FPGA.Compared with the older generation instrument,our lightning detector has advantages of higher integration,lower power and improved detection performance.Through consistency test and network positioning experiment,this novel lightning detector has been employed by Chinese Lightning Monitoring Net.
