浮选过程回用尾液调浆技术的实验探讨

使用澄清尾液和饱和卤水分别与带机滤液配比，对浮选过程进行调浆实验。结果表明：在钾石盐浮选过程中，氯化镁在溶液中的积累量随浮选介质即饱和高镁溶液的循环次数的增加而上升，当氯化镁含量超过一定值时，由于溶液黏度过高会使浮选过程恶化。饱和卤水用于浮选调浆会产生兑卤析盐现象，引起浮选指标下降，对生产不利。因此，在满足工艺控制条件的同时，应尽量控制调浆母液的镁离子浓度接近或低于分解液的镁离子浓度为宜，尽可能使用澄清尾液来置换带机滤液进行浮选调浆，改善调浆母液镁离子浓度，使浮选指标得到优化，可使浮选过程中氯化钾收率升高23%以上。

Experimental study on size mixing technology of recycled tail liquid in flotation process

Size mixing experiments were carried out by using clarified tail liquid and saturated brine to mix with band machine filtrate respectively in flotation process.Results showed that in sylvite flotation process,the accumulation of MgCl2 in solution will be raised with the increasing of cycle numbers of flotation medium,i.e.saturated high-Mg solution.When the content of MgCl2 exceeds a certain value,the solution viscosity will be too high to deteriorate the flotation process.The flotaion indices decline,which ...
