| 摘 要： | 本文对电网规划进行了系统的研究,给出了电网规划软件的设计框架。作者以图形化软件Visio2003为平台,采用VBA程序进行二次开发,具有界面友好、功能强大和使用方便的特点为规划设计人员节省了大量时间和精力。

| Abstract: | This text has carried on systematic research on power system planning, shows the design framework of network planning software. the author uses Microsoft Visio2003 as development platform and VBA as secondary development tool, which has friendly interface, powerful features and ease of use, save a lot of time and effort for the planning and design staff. |
