基于改进遗传算法的刨头多目标优化设计

摘    要:针对刨煤机和装载均匀问题,基于改进遗传算法的多目标优化策略,对刨头刨削参数和运动参数进行优化设计。优化结果表明,刨削能耗降低16.96%,生产能力提高23.38%,装载断面均匀程度提高16.62%,刨煤机的生产能力得到显著提高,比能耗得到显著降低,有效降低了刨煤机的能耗。

Abstract:In view of the coal plow of the load and energy consumption question,optimizaed the cutting and parameter movement for plow body of on improved genetic algorithm multi-objective optimization strategy.The optimized results indicate that the cutting consumption reduces 16.96%,productivity capability rises 23.38%,loading area uniformity rises 16.62%,productivity capability of coal plow obtains obviously rise,and cutting energy consumption of plow body are reduced.
