数字式测量棒比对装置的设计

摘    要:针对现有回转支承内外滚道中心直径测量棒检测精度不高的问题,设计了一种数字式测量棒比对装置,它由机座、伺服电机、滚珠丝杠、滚动导轨、光栅尺、工作平台、挡板、显示器和控制器等组成,可实现水平直线精确定位以校准测量棒尺寸。实践表明,它较好解决了回转支承滚道中心直径的检测难题。

Design of Digital Calibrating Device for Measuring Bar
Abstract:Aimed at the problem of accuracy deficiency of existing measuring bar used for detecting the diameters of inside and outside rolling path center of slewing ring bearing,a kind of digital calibrating device for measuring bar is designed.The device is composed of bed,servomotor,ball lead screw,rolling slide,grating ruler,working platform,baffle board,display,controller and other components,and the precise level beeline positioning can be realized to calibrate the size of measuring bar.It is demonstrated in practice that the detection problem of rolling path center diameter of slewing ring bearing can be solved.
