T型管节点表面裂纹应力强度因子的全三维有限元分析

摘    要:利用完全的三维有限元分析方法对T型管节点轴载下的复合应力强度因子进行了计算。T型管节点有限元网络由自编的FEMAUTOP程序实现自动生成。考虑到裂纹尖端处的应力奇异性,在裂尖区域采有了三维四分之一分点20节点等参退化奇异单元,其它区域则采用高精度的20节点等参元。在利用线性结构有限元微机分析程度PCSAP5进行计算后,再使用后处理程度SIF对理解纹尖端处的应力强度因子进行了分析。

Abstract:The fully mixed- mode stress intensity factors of tubular joints With brace subjected totension are calculated by three - dimensional finite element method. At first, the finite elementmesh of the tubular joints are performed by FEMAUTOP, which is a pre - processing processing program designed for the finite element meshing of T- joints. Owing to the existence ofthe stress singularities, 3 - D prismatic 20- node quarter point elements are used for the regionnear the crack tip, and 20- node isoparametric elements for the other tubtilar parts. This modelis analysed by PCSAPS(a large general structure analysis program). Findly, the stress intensityfactors are calculated by program SIF.
