| 摘 要： | 结合碱回收蒸发工段的工艺流程,研究设计了以西门子(SIEMENS)CPU414-2DP为核心的蒸发工段DCS控制方案,包括控制系统、硬件配置和软件设计,并提出了黑液浓度基于串级及前馈的控制方法.所开发的系统实现了该工段的自动控制,保证了黑液浓度稳定,降低了能耗.

| Abstract: | To introduces the craft of evaporation section of alkali recovery and the DCS of this section based on SIEMENS CPU414-2DP is mentioned,which is composed of the control system,hardware configuration and software design,and puts forward the cascade control system used in the consistency of back-liquor.The section is automatically controlled and steadily,safely and economically. |
