摘    要:针对ER70S-6盘条强度偏高,拉拔过程中加工硬化严重,部分盘条出现断裂问题,水钢对产品进行检验并与其他厂家盘条进行对比,经分析残余元素、夹杂物含量高,铁素体晶粒细是造成盘条质量差的原因。通过优化冶炼工艺,降低钢中残余元素含量;采取控轧控冷工艺,将吐丝温度设为820~880℃,辊道速度由0.3 m/s改为0.2 m/s,冷却速度由1.3~1.5℃/s改为1.0~1.2℃/s。生产工艺优化后,盘条抗拉强度得到改善,小于570 MPa的比例由优化前的19.23%提高到72.41%,钢中夹杂物含量得到控制,晶粒度下降1级左右,产品质量得到提高。

Abstract:Aiming at the problem such as ERTOS -6 wire rod tensile strength higher, high work hardening in wire drawing process, fracture problems occurred in partial wire rod, Shougang inspects products and compares analysis with that of other factory, the reasons that causing wire rod quality differences are high residual elements and inclusion contents, fine ferrite grain size are found. Through optimizing smelt process, residual elements content in steel was reduced. Through controlling rolling process, wire laying temperature was set from 820 ℃ to 880℃ , roller speed was changed from 0.3 m/s to 0.2 m/s, cooling speed was changed from 1.3 - 1.5 ℃/s to 1.0 - 1.2 ℃/s. Results show that wire rod tensile strength was im- proved; the proportion of less than 570 MPa was improved from 19.23% before optimization to 72.41%, inclusion contents in steel was controlled, grain size was decreased about 1 grade, products quality was improved after production process was optimized.
