浅析建筑屋面防水渗漏的原因及防治

建筑屋面防水是确保工程质量的一个重要环节,但多年来我国建筑屋面渗漏问题一直比较突出。要提高建筑屋面防水工程的质量,材料是基础,设计是前提,施工是关键,并加强管理维护。本文从材料质量、设计水平、施工技术、管理维护等方面分析了我国建筑屋面防水渗漏的原因,并提出了相应的防治措施。
