| Abstract: | The computer and network technology is developing rapidly, for day-to-day maintenance of the engine room to the new requirements. The variables from the use of Blu-ray card, operating system platform for building and room management systems from several aspects of computer management and maintenance of the engine room of the method put forward some ideas. |
