| 摘 要： | 为了制定合理的生产计划和工艺计划，基于并行工程建立了型号卫星产品制定生产计划和工艺计划的过程模型，实现型号卫星产品企业生产计划和工艺计划的并行设计，同时用启发式算法解决制定计划过程中不同型号之间车间资源平衡问题。该资源平衡算法考虑了不同型号卫星产品的工期，实现了制造过程的节点控制，保证了不同型号卫星产品在车间的生产进度，可以应用于卫星等型号产品的生产。

| Abstract: | In order to achieve production planning and process planning concurrently, process models were used for production planning and process planning of a satellite, and a heuristic algorithm was given to solute any possible conflict on the workshop. The heuristic algorithm takes into consideration the availability of different project, such as time,resource etc. and got them available in a finely manner. |
