摘    要:中国石油川渝地区勘探开发已由上二叠统—三叠系向更深的下二叠统—震旦系转移,区域向川中古隆起外围、川西下二叠统、川东寒武系进行战略拓展,地质条件愈加复杂,超深井的多压力系统、可钻性差、超高压超高温、高含硫等难题给钻完井工程带来巨大挑战。通过技术攻关,形成了集井身结构优化、个性化钻头、优质钻完井液、深井水平井钻井、精细控压钻井、特殊取心等技术为一体的超深井钻完井技术,为安岳气田龙王庙组资源快速转化、二叠系和泥盆系资源重大发现提供了强有力的技术支持,加速了川渝地区深层油气藏勘探开发进程。

New progress of drilling and completion technologies for ultra-deep wells in the Sichuan-Chongqing area

Abstract:PetroChina’s exploration and development in the Sichuan-Chongqing area has moved deeper from the Permian-Triassic to the Lower Permian-Sinian and regionally extends to the periphery of Central Sichuan paleo-uplift, the Lower Permian of western Sichuan and the Cambrian of eastern Sichuan, where the geological conditions are more complicated. Multiple pressure systems of ultra-deep well, poor drillability, ultra-high pressure, ultra-high temperature and high sulfur content bring huge challenges to well drilling and completion engineering. An ultra-deep well drilling and completion technology integrating casing program optimization, bit customization, high-quality drilling and completion fluid, deep horizontal well drilling, precisely managed pressure drilling and special coring is formed by performing technical researches. It provides the powerful technical support for the fast transformation of the Longwangmiao Formation resources in the Anyue Gas Field and the significant discovery of Permian and Devonian resources and speeds up the exploration and development process of deep oil and gas reservoirs in the Sichuan-Chongqing area.
