摘    要:研究了齿轮参数、齿轮位置及传递功率对临界转速的数量,分布及其对应的对数衰减率的影响,提出了用最小对数衰减率作为衡量系统跨越临界转速的能力的指标,通过研究发现,在齿轮耦合的转子-轴承系统中,临界转速非常密集,在系统达到工作转速之前,必须跨越许多临界转速;合理地选择系统参数,可使最小对数衰减率增大,使系统表现出较强的阻尼特性,有利于系统跨越临界转速。

Abstract:The influence of the gear parameters, gear position and power transferred on value and,distribution of the critical speed and its logarithm decrement is researched. It is put forward that least logarithm decrement may be used to be as the capability criterion, when the critical speed is stridden over. It is found that in a geared rotor-bearing system, the critical speed is very dense. Before the working speed has been reached, much critical speed must be stridden over. When the system parameters are selected reasonably, least logarithm decrement will increase, and more damping will appear in the system, which is advantageous to striding over the critical speed.
