基于Solidworks的焊管轧辊三维参数化造型系统开发

摘    要:讨论了焊管轧辊三维参数化造型系统的原理和关键技术。该系统以Visual Basic6.0为编程语言,以Solidworks为绘图支撑平台,采用基于焊管轧辊形状特征技术的参数化绘图方法,对焊管轧辊三维参数化造型系统进行开发,实现了轧辊孔型设计及轧辊零件参数化绘图。

Abstract:The theory and implementation issues of a roll 3D parametric modeling system for the welded pipe roll were discussed. This system used VB6.0 to develop SolidWorks. By means of feature - based parametric design, the 3D parametric modeling system of the roll for welded pipe was developed. The pass design and plotting the roll 3D modeling parts are finished.
