基于退货滞后惩罚的库存控制模型研究

随着竞争的日益激烈,销售商竞相延长产品允许退货时间。此时,如何设置合理的允许退货时间长度成为困扰销售商日常经营的难题。针对于此,本文提出了一种基于退货滞后惩罚的库存控制模型和求解算法,从而解决了上述问题。并采用数值实例分析了退货率和时间惩罚因子对最优允许退货时间长度、最佳订货量以及最大产品收益的影响。实例结果表明,选择合适的时间惩罚因子,并规定合理的允许退货时间长度,可以有效增加销售商的收益。最后,对销售商的经营提出了具有现实指导意义的建议。

Research on an Inventory Control Model Based on Return Lag Penalty

With increasingly fierce competition, retailers compete for prolonging the allowable periods of returns which is, however, difficult for them to choose. In order to solve the difficulty, a return lag penalty-based inventory control model and its algorithm are proposed. The influence of return rates and time penalty factors on optimal periods of returns, optimal order quantities and maximum profit are evaluated through using a numerical instance. The instance indicates that choosing time penalty factors and scheduling allowable periods of returns can maximize profit reasonably.
