摘    要:曙1-23-0370CH井是辽河油田第1口超短半径侧钻分支水平井,设计、实施的主要目的是运用超短半径侧钻技术恢复老井产能,挖掘大凌河油层潜力.针对油层特点及采油要求对曙1-23-0370CH井井身结构和井眼轨迹、钻进参数、施工步骤等进行了优化设计,设计分支井眼轨迹狗腿度最大为18.62(°)/m,在5.7 m的轨迹长度内实现从开窗到水平钻进.现场严格按照设计要求施工,运用柔性钻具及喷射钻具组合实现造斜段和水平段钻进;运用筛管和喷射钻具同步下入技术实现了钻进和完井一次完成,最终顺利完成了钻探目的.曙1-23-0370CH井的成功设计、实施对超短半径分支侧钻水平井钻井技术在辽河油田的应用具有重要指导意义.

Abstract:SHU1-23-0370CH well is the first super-short radius side-tracking well in Liaohe Oilfield, the purpose of this design and construction is to improve the production of old wells. According to oil reservoir characteristics and requirements ofoil production, well-bore structure, borehole trajectory, drilling parameters and the steps of the construction in SHU1-23-0370CH well are optimized. The maximum dogleg of design side-tracking well is 18.62 (°)/m, the length from window-cutting to horizontal drilling is 5.7 m. Using flexible drill string and jet drill string assembly, building section and horizontal drilling are fulfilled. Using the screen tubing and jet drill string, drilling and well completion are realized at the same time. The design and application of SHU1-23-0370CH well is successful, this success shows that super-short radius side-tracking multilateral horizontal well is significant to Liaohe Oilfield in future.
