热物性参数对钢坯炉内加热模型精度的影响分析

摘    要:热物性参数直接影响钢坯的导热过程,在模拟钢坯炉内加热过程如果热物性参数选取不合理,势必造成计算结果严重失真,导致模型精度不高。针对某一钢种的热物性参数进行了实测,并将各种方法获得的热物性参数应用于钢坯加热过程的数值模拟计算,对比分析其对钢坯炉内加热过程模拟计算精度的影响。

Abstract:The thermophysical nature parameters directly affect the heat transfer process of billet steel, in the process of simulating the heating billet steel in the billet steel furnace, if the selection of thermophysical nature parameters is unreasonable, in that case, definitely causes serious wrong calculation results, therefore leads to low-grade model accuracy. In accordance with thermophysical nature parameters of some steel grade, we carry out practice measurement, together with these parameters got by different kinds of methods were used for numerical simulation of billet steel heating process, based on which the effect of thermophysical nature parameters on heating model accuracy in the billet steel furnace was analyzed.
