摘    要:轧钢加热炉的燃料耗量占轧钢工序总能耗的约70%,为进一步减低其燃料消耗,以轧钢加热炉为研究对象,分析研究了影响加热炉产品单耗的主要影响因素,并提出相应的节能措施。

Abstract:The fuel consumption of heating furnace before rolling mill accounts for above 70% of total energy consumption of rolling process. In order to further reduce the fuel consumption, taking the steel rolling heating furnace as the research object, analyze the main influence factors of the heating furnace unit consumption, and seek out the corresponding energy saving measures.
