摘    要:针对沿海大规模风电场集中接入负荷中心电压偏高和波动过大问题,笔者以电力系统仿真软件PSD-BPA为平台,在现有陆地风电场基础上建立了考虑集电海缆的海上风电场几种模型,分析了集中模型、陆地风电模型、陆地及海上风电模型下风电出力波动对沿海某局部电网静态电压的影响,并以陆地及海上风电模型为例,提出了风机和SVC协调控制策略.分析结果表明,海上风场近区电压水平整体偏高,电压波动受风电影响较大,风机和SVC协调控制策略能较好地解决海上风场近区存在的电压问题。

Abstract:Aiming at the high voltage in load center and over disturbance caused by the integration of large-scale coastal wind farm into grid, the author establishes, with power system simulation software PSD-BPA, several models of offshore wind farm on the basis of land wind farm and taking collecting submarine cable in to consideration, analyzes the influence of wind power output on partial coastal static voltage under lumped model, land wind power model, land and offshore wind power model, and proposes wind turbine and SVC coordination control strategy. The result of analysis shows that the voltage of near region of offshore wind farm is high and is easily disturbed by wind, wind turbine and SVC coordination control strategy, therefore, is able to solve the voltage problem.
