| 摘 要： | 随着计算机技术和网络技术的发展,20世纪90年代初有人提出了远程电子显微镜的概念,它使人们可以通过互联网进行实验。本文介绍了远程电子显微镜的概念及发展历程,从图像实时传输、远程控制、远程交互和信息管理四个方面对远程电子显微镜技术进行了综述。

| Abstract: | With the development of computer and network technology. The concept of remote electron microscope emerged in the 1990s. It let people do experiments through internet. The concept of remote electron microscope and its development are given, and the remote electron microscopic technology is summarized from the four aspects of image real-time transmission, remote control, remote interaction and information management. |
