| 摘 要： | 将地理信息系统（GIS）作为城市三维地基信息咨询系统设计和开发平台，具体说明了系统设计的总体思路以及功能模块的建立，不仅可以实现岩土工程原始资料可视化的动态查询和检索，同时，将原始数据与数学计算方法相结合，利用三维随机场模型，实现对拟建工程岩性参数指标的预测功能，系统应用后将为管理决策部门提供科学的结论和更高层次的决策支持信息，为各级建设企业提供信息咨询服务。

| Abstract: | The GLS is applied in three-dimension subgrade infomational consultation and the foundation of functional model is demonstrated clearly. It makes quering and indexing the original database into realization, also, combining the original datum and computing method by three-demension random field model. The system can offer scientific result and high standard information consulation service for constructure industy. |
