| 摘 要： | 为解决好氧发酵法生产甘油的后期提取问题,在残糖浓度达1%~ 4%时,继续进行通气量为30 L/h 的CO2气提厌氧发酵或真空度在0.02 MPa以上的真空微氧发酵实验研究. 结果表明, 采用上述后处理工艺,可以较快地降低残糖而不消耗甘油.

| Abstract: | In the latter stage of glycerol fermentation, CO2 stripping and vacuum fermentation with small airflow rate were investigated. It was found that, with either operation, the residual glucose can be reduced effectively while the concentration of glycerol was maintained or increased. |
