北方寒冷地区既有公共建筑的节能改造

以天津市某博物馆节能改造工程为例，对其围护结构进行了节能改造，改造后的围护结构传热系数、耗热量指标、耗煤量指标均符合相关标准的要求。采用EnergyPlus能耗分析软件对某间办公室改造前后的冷热负荷情况进行了模拟分析，节能性良好。对节能改造工程的经济性进行了静态评价，经济性良好。
