摘    要:研究了水相共沉淀法制备ITO粉末过程中,pH值对粉末形成过程的影响,并用TEM和XRD对其作了表征分析。结果表明,反应pH值在2.8~4.1之间时可实现共沉淀。在沉淀终点pH=9时,晶粒粒径最小,比表面积最大,团聚系数最小,粒径分布均匀,单分散性能好,无团聚现象。当pH值过低时,沉淀不完全,造成物料流失;pH值过高时,颗粒变大,会影响到比表面积变小等其他相关性能。

Abstract:In this paper,study is made of the effects of pH value on co-precipitation of nano-size ITO powder,and characterization analysis is made by TEM and XRD. The results show that co-precipitation is done at pH value 2.8-4.1. When pH= 9 at precipitation end, the powder is characterized by smallest grain size, largest specific surface area, lowest agglomeration factor, uniform particle distribution, good single dispersion property without agglomeration. When pH value is too low, the incomplete precipitation occurs, resulting in material loss. However, when pH is too high, the grain size becomes larger,affecting specific surface area and other relevant properties.
