摘    要:据统计宁夏地区10kV线路约80%地处空旷山野,由于地区性风季气候时间长,导线振动致使直线杆瓷瓶松动及螺帽脱落发生率达98%,严重影响10kV输电线路的安全运行,而要处理此类缺陷通常需要停电处理,不仅给工、农业生产造成了损失,还影响供电企业的经济效益。因此,研发10kV带电紧固针瓶工器具很有必要。

Abstract:Power supply's reliability is the one of main indexes for creating prime power supply enterprise. And cut-off in distribution circuit is the main element to effect reliability index. According to statistics that 80% 10kV lines are in wide mountainous district in Ningxia,because regional wind time is long,the wire's waving leads to that the rate of porcelain insulator's rapping and nut abscission on straight bar can reach 98%,which not only lets industry and agriculture suffer losses but also has an impact on company's economic benefit. Due to such case,writer determines to explore the 10kV charged holding needle-bottle tool.
