摘    要:搅拌装置在混砂车混合压裂液的过程中起着重要作用,为了解决搅拌器在混合搅拌的过程中功率消耗偏大的问题。运用正交设计软件确定了实验的正交表格,利用SolidWorks建立了搅拌装置的几何模型,对不同的结构参数下的模型用Fluent软件对其进行模拟得到其搅拌功率的数值,利用正交软件对不同结构参数下的搅拌功率进行分析从而得出了影响搅拌功率的最优组合,为实际混合搅拌作业提供了可靠的理论依据。

Abstract:The agitation equipment plays a pretty vital role in the process of fracturing fluid hybrid. In order to solve the problem that the consumed power of the equipment is too high in this process, in this context, we make use of the orthogonal design software to set a data chart of the experiment, building the geometric model by using SolidWorks. After that we use Fluent software to simulate the different structure models and obtain a series of power values. Finally, we analyse the values by orthogonal software and acquire the best combination to provide reliable theoretical evidence for the actual agitation experiment.
