利用气相色谱进行地表水水质吡啶检测

摘    要:探讨利用气相色谱进行地表水水质吡啶检测中的应用及效果。采用顶空进样,毛细管柱HP-INNOWAX、GC-FID测定,色谱条件:色谱柱,长2.0 m×内径3 mm不锈钢柱,内装涂有10%QF-1(m/m)的Gas chrom Q(80~100目)担体,对地表水水质吡啶进行检测。利用气相色谱进行地表水水质吡啶检测,结果准确度高,最低检出限达到0.031 mg/L,回收率为92.5%~95.5%,变异系数为1.7%。利用气相色谱进行地表水水质吡啶检测,方法简单,操作方便,准确度高,能够对水质做出准确的评估。

Abstract:Application effect of gas chromatography in detecting pyridine in surface water was investigated. The headspace injection was used as well as capillary column HP-INNOWAX, GC-FID determination. HPLC conditions: column, 2.0 m I.D. 3 mm stainless steel column, inside which was coated with 10% QF-1 (m/m) Gas chrom Q (80 - 100) carrier. Then pyridine in surface water was detected. The results show that the chromatography has high accuracy, the lowest detection limit is 0.031 mg/L, the recovery rate is 92.5%-95.5%, the coefficient of variation is 1.7%.
