| Abstract: | In the safety evaluation, through analysis and identification of the dangerous and harmful factors, the degree of risk is determined, then some safety measures can be put forward, and the risk can be controlled in an acceptable level. In this paper, the importance of the safety evaluation was analyzed as well as the dialectical relationship between safety and hazard, and the method to determine safety measures was discussed. |
