| Abstract: | Excitation losing protection action caused a fault trip of a generating unit during operation of TRT generating unit of a domestic metallurgic enterprise. The fault was analyzed and explained. The trip cause of the unit was analyzed theoretically and practically. The problems were pointed out and related solving measures were given. |
