| 摘 要： | 某堆积型铝土矿Al2O3含量与铝硅比变化很大，而氧化铝拜尔法生产工艺对该两项指标的要求非常苛刻，因此配矿工作贯穿于矿山生产全过程。通过对供配矿管理业务流程与影响因素分析、持续稳定供配矿研究，建立起采场配矿与堆场调配配矿系统研究模型，提高了配矿效率和配矿质量，总结了一套岩溶堆积型铝土矿进行持续稳定供配矿的管理工作方法，完善了岩溶堆积型铝土矿的开发利用，对类似矿山具有推广应用价值。

| Abstract: | The Al2O3 content and the aluminum - silicon ratio of an accumulative bauxite ore vary greatly while the Bayer process for alumina has very strict requirement on the two indices. Therefore, ore blending has to be done throughout the whole production process of the mine. Based on the analysis of the ore blending management flowsheet and its influencing factors, and on the investigation of the sustained stable ore supply and blending, a research model for the ore blending system consisting of ore blending in mining area and adjusting in ore stockyard was built, improving the efficiency and the quality of ore blending. The management method for a sustained stable ore supply and blending of karst accumulative bauxite ore was summarized, perfecting the exploitation and utilization of karst accumulative bauxite deposit. It is of spreading value to similar mines. |
