喷气织机经纱张力的高精度检测及误差补偿

摘    要:对经纱张力检测装置中产生误差和干扰的几种原因进行分析,介绍了一种高精度的织机经纱张力检测装置。该经纱张力检测装置采用16位微处理器技术、光电技术、高精度传感放大技术及动态误差补偿技术等,具有自动张力清零功能,可通过荷重传感器检测实时张力,并与设定张力进行比较、运算,产生控制信号,从而实现高速喷气织机经纱张力的高精度实时控制。

Abstract:A precise measuring device for the warp tension of the loom is introduced with several reasons for causing errors and disturbances analyzed and its compensation method of the error presented. This measuring device uses a 16B microprocessor and the techniques of photoolectronic, high precise sensing and dynamic error compensation. It provides with the function of tension zero setting and can realize real-time precise control of warp tension on high-speed air jet loom.
